Am I allowed to have pets?
While we understand that pets are beloved members of the family, our rental apartments are pet-free to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. We appreciate your understanding!
Are there any hidden fees for amenities?
Unlike some Kamloops apartments, there are no hidden fees or additional costs. Your monthly rental payment includes access to all amenities listed above, with the exception of electricity, cable and Wi-Fi. Hot water is included in your rent, but you are responsible for your own monthly electricity and cable/Wi-Fi bills. Each apartment suite is equipped with the latest cable and is high-speed Wi-Fi ready.
If I need to report an issue, what do I do?
To report an issue with your suite or the building, please submit a contact request form. We’ll provide you a password to our private maintenance request form.
Am I allowed to have a BBQ?
All of our suites come with a private patio at ground level or a balcony. We do not allow BBQ’s in any of these areas due to safety concerns, however, each building has its own private dedicated BBQ pit. Enjoy your meal in the outdoor picnic area or back in your home!!
Where do I park my vehicle?
Our building has on-site parking subject to availability. You may request an assigned parking spot when you apply to rent a suite.
We have more than one vehicle. Can we be assigned two parking spots?
If you rent a two-bedroom apartment, you may request a second parking spot. As with all parking spots, they are subject to availability.
