Excellent accommodations! Wonderful Management Staff and like the sign says entering the apartments it’s 5 minutes from everywhere. Amazing place to live!

I called McGill Ridge Apartments home for almost five years, from 2021 until this month, and it was a very positive experience. I consistently felt comfortable living there, and maintenance was always responsive and reliable. I also appreciated the quality of the amenities and how management made upgrades whenever they were needed.
Most importantly, I always felt safe during my time at McGill Ridge and never had any experiences that caused concern. In case you have heard anything negative, I want you to know the community is now under new, experienced, and empathetic management, and even when I notified them of my move-out, the response was genuinely warm and thoughtful.
I will truly miss living at McGill Ridge, especially the little things management did to make holidays like Easter and other celebrations feel special. ❤️

The team at this facility are absolutely amazing and assist with every step of securing a property. They were very informative and answered any and all questions I had. The whole process was seamless and the building manager (Tammy) went out of her way to assist with deliveries for my unit to make my transition easier upon arrival as I was in another province. I highly recommend this facility to anyone moving to the Kamloops area!

I am very pleased with the service I received. Jennifer was extremely helpful in preparing all the documents and ensuring everything was organized and complete on time. The space is clean, well-organized, and very safe. I was initially concerned about potential noise since it’s close to the road, but the building is well-constructed, and it is not an issue at all. If you are looking for a beautiful place to call home, I would highly recommend them!

Yes! Our location is ideal for local and international students. We accept all students that meet our requirements. If you’re looking for off-campus Thompson Rivers University accommodation, you’re going to love living at McGill Ridge. Imagine walking to university or coming home for lunch!
What kind of tenants live at McGill Ridge?
As the newest apartment rentals in Kamloops, McGill Ridge welcomes local residents and local and international students alike. We screen our tenants carefully and expect residents to respect one another’s right to safety, privacy and reasonable noise levels, as per the policies contained in our rental agreement.
How many apartment rental suites are available?
McGill Ridge’s initial phase offers 102 new apartments for rent in Kamloops in two buildings. Demand for apartment rentals and off-campus housing is high in Kamloops, so please submit an apartment rental availability request form and we’ll provide you with available options that meet your needs. We also offer 88 apartments for rent at our nearby Summit Village Residences.
Are pets allowed?
We respect the needs of all people renting with us, and although we love animals, unfortunately we cannot allow pets at McGill Ridge.
Are there furnished apartments for rent?
Sorry, we do not offer furnished suites, however, we can provide you with options for purchasing locally, at retail outlets in the immediate area.
