A family owned business with roots in the Kamloops community and Vancouver, Cross Developments, owners of McGill Ridge apartments, has been building residential and commercial properties throughout British Columbia including Kamloops for more than 35 years. The family owns Summit Village Residences, which was completed in 2014, the first apartment rental development in Kamloops in over 20 years. Cross Developments continues to own and manage apartment rentals in Kamloops along with commercial retail properties throughout the province. As with Summit Village, McGill Ridge was created in response to the demand for competitively-priced apartment rentals for the community and TRU off campus housing in Kamloops.
