According to 2017/18 online surveys conducted by RentPath, location and price are factors that renters are the least willing to comprise on. In a Millionacres survey of 1500 renters and 136 landlords, nearly half of survey respondents said that getting the features they want is a higher priority than affordability.

Shopping, services, and entertainment are close by. For transit riders, the bus top is right outside of our building. If you drive, you’ll love our location, because you have easy access to the rest of Kamloops, or points east and west of the city via the Trans Canada Highway. Each of our buildings has a fitness centre with bikes, resistance training equipment and free weights.
More suite square footage
McGill Ridge has the following sizes of rental apartments available: studios, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom and study, and 2 bedroom. Studios are approximately 495 sq. ft. while two-bedroom apartments are approximately 732 sq. ft. All suites, regardless of their size are designed with space-efficiency and openness in mind, including space-saving features such as in-suite washer-dryer and generous storage space within the kitchen cabinets and drawers.

On-site tenant parking is available by request and guest parking is available.
